10Executive readout and roadmap
Solid rule = engagement workVertical rule = decision or review gateNothing is automated before it has been observed running
There are three decision points, and you own all three. Scope locks at the end of week one, governance is signed off at the end of week two, and the readout in week four is where you decide whether anything scales. If the measured difference does not hold up, the recommendation is to stop.
