More than a decade in the Marine Corps building and leading computer and network systems in operational environments, ending as squadron computer systems chief — then art and design, aerospace and space, consulting, and executive operations. Different fields, same discipline: dependencies, legibility, and ownership that survives the build.

AI is no different. The technology is rarely the hardest part. The harder questions are which information the system can trust, how work should move, where human judgment stays, who owns the result, and whether the change is worth keeping.
